This Privacy Policy explains how Rexine & Leather Product Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates PharmacyNear.in, handles your personal data. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.
1. Data we collect

- To check that a store listing is genuine
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers who host our website or send SMS / WhatsApp / email for us, under written confidentiality terms
- Authorities, only when required by law
A pharmacy's store name, address, phone number and hours are shown publicly. The owner's personal mobile and drug licence number are not shown.
4. How long we keep it
Contact and complaint records are kept for up to 2 years. Pharmacy details are kept while the listing is active and deleted on request. Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it.
5. Your rights
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time
- Nominate a person to use these rights on your behalf
- Raise a complaint with us, and if not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India

6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access and regular reviews to protect your data.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the website and basic analytics cookies to understand usage. When you log in we set two essential cookies for 30 days: one keeps you logged in (it cannot be read by scripts on the page) and one holds your first name to show in the menu. Logging out removes both. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but then you cannot log in.
