2. Buying medicines
- Medicines are bought directly from the pharmacy, as per its rules and applicable law.
- Prescription medicines need a valid prescription from a registered doctor.
- Availability and prices are decided by the pharmacy. Please call the store to check.
3. Pharmacy information
Store details are provided by pharmacies, users or public sources. We try to keep them correct, but opening hours and phone numbers can change. Please confirm with the store before visiting. You can report incorrect information on our Grievance page.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give correct details when you contact us or report a listing
- Do not misuse the website, send spam, or try to access it in an unauthorised way
- Do not copy or reuse listings for commercial purposes without written permission
5. For pharmacies
Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of the details they submit and for holding valid licences. We may edit or remove a listing that is incorrect, incomplete or does not follow these terms.

PharmacyNear is not responsible for medicines sold or services given by any pharmacy, or for any loss arising from use of information on the website, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand shall have jurisdiction.
